Terms & Conditions

When you book a holiday through Square One Travel, you are entering into a contract with the travel supplier (tour operator, airline, hotel, cruise line, etc.). The terms and conditions of that supplier will apply to your booking, and these will be provided to you before you confirm your reservation.

We act as an agent on behalf of these suppliers and will always do our best to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until your booking is confirmed.

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and amendment fees vary depending on the supplier and will be clearly communicated to you. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel insurance for your trip.

When you book a package holiday that includes flights, you are protected by the ATOL scheme. This means that in the unlikely event of the tour operator’s insolvency, you are entitled to a refund or alternative arrangements.

ABTA membership provides additional protection and peace of mind. Many of the travel arrangements we sell are protected by the ABTA scheme, ensuring that your money is safe when you book a package holiday.

Your money is protected when you book a package with an ATOL holder. If your flight‑inclusive holiday cannot go ahead due to the ATOL holder’s insolvency, you will be refunded, and if you’re already abroad, you will be repatriated. Not all travel services are ATOL protected, and we will always confirm the level of protection for each individual booking.
